Keeper Value In Auction League

Hi all,

Please help me rate the keeper value of some players in my league.
This is a 14 team Rotisserie league with a 260 dollars spending cap. We use 14 hitters and 9 pitchers. We're allowed to keep four players for a additional 5 dollars for a maximum of three years. Along with 1 minor keeper at no costs.
Scoring cats are: BA, HR, RBI, R, TB, OPS, Net SB, ERA, WHIP, Net Win, Net Save, QSX, KD/9, Hold. In last years auction the top 10 hitters went from 40 to 50 with just 3 over 45, the top five SP's went from 25 to 33, with no starting pitcher out of the top 30 going for more then 7.

I happen to own Reynold, Upton, Hansen, and Choo with a few others who my have value to the right owner, along with minor leaguers Strasburg and Jason Heyward. Also, who would you value higher between these two?
