Use #1 waiver for Happ

Ok I'm in the playoffs and someone dropped Happ. Should I use my #1 waiver pick on him? If he pitches well Friday I would probably not use him next week but could use him if he is a 2 start pitcher the following week. I know it's a high risk high reward situation but not sure if I want to burn the #1 waiver on him.

Its getting too late in the season to be sitting on waiver priorities. I'd use it. Happ left tonight's game as a precaution and if he's pain free as he says he is he should be able to help you in the final weeks.
