Semi-Finals, $300, Please help, Need to win this week

I'm now in semi-finals in a Non-keeper, 6 man, $300 take all league. I have plenty moves left, and i'm losing this weeks matchup, especially with pitching.The guy I'm playing overloaded on pitching this week and is still picking up and dropping more. Should I drop some pitchers and pick up, and how about my batters, any room for improvement. Please help!

I'm trying to decide if I wanna drop Granderson for one of these two pitchers which I think you should consider--Porcello or Volstad with friday starts. The guy I'm against is loaded with pitching and I don't want to wait till tomorrow to pick em up. He seriously has done 400 moves this year and I want to beat him to the punch. I love these pitcher's friday matchups.
