I am thinking I need to drop Shields for my first game after a bye in the playoffs. Gallardo and Hammel are the two best options on waivers. Would you get one of them for Shields?

yep, get gallardo. just pay attention cuz the brewers already skipped his last start because of his IP this year. i have him like in most of my leagues and that hurt me in a few cuz of his skipped start. a lot of teams are shutting down/limiting their young guys IP
