Help with Pitching Staff please!!! **WHIR**

I am in first place, and will get a bye in the first round of the playoffs. Last 4 weeks have been TERRIBLE! Dumped some low end pitching, and lost Gregg too. Trying to put bubblegum and bandaids on the team to limp in with a win. Who would you keep/dump etc.?

I dont know about Holland in the playoffs. He allows way to many HR, pitching at Tex, in the AL, etc... I know he's young, but if its not a keeper, drop him and pick another SP. Bailey seem's to be doing good his last 3 outings.

I am planning on getting rid of him. What do you think of the rest of my pitching? I have really been BAD the last few weeks in starting pitching. I'm hoping it's just a timing thing. Any other thoughts?
