Is it wrong that I sold a couple Beatles records to get the cash to pre-order this? This game is going to take many, many hours from my life.

I thought Abbey Road was going to be available on launch day. It is cool that three full albums will be available within three months. Rubber Soul is my favorite album of all time so I'm looking forward to that one.

I wish Gamestop would have had a midnight release. If I knew that a couple other stores were I would have pre-ordered there. Oh well. Did anybody get it tonight?

I picked it up this afternoon. Haven't been able to play it yet, but I definitely will tonight.

I've played one or two songs and it's pretty awesome but I can't wait until my wife gets home tonight so we can start story mode.

I just played through story mode on the drums in one sitting. Pretty awesome. Looking forward to doing guitar and bass over the weekend.

Yeah, that's the one drawback is that it's so short especially since nothing really trips you up. I really wish that more DLC was available at launch because I am really looking forward to playing through entire albums. Can't wait for Rubber Soul and Help, but those are months down the road. I guess it keeps peoples interest, but I would think they would have got a lot of people who would have blown a ton of money at launch that might not think about it later after the first allure of Rock Band wears off. Story mode is kind of lame, but the unlockable videos are cool. The real draw is actually getting to sing and play all the instruments to some of the best songs and albums ever, it's just too bad we have to wait to actually play more than 3/4ths of the catalog.
