The only 2 that stand out for me are Arroyo and Richard with the upside in Richards favor until the league figures him out. If your not in contention and just looking to dump Shields I would go with Richard but if you are in contention I................ still think I would go with Richards. I like how he is pitching plain and simple.

I'd just hold onto Shields.....I know he's been a rough ride, but I think he's a better option going forward than those named.

Pettitte has turned things around this season and Shields is just not getting it done. Don't hang on to him for old times sake.
