F your rotaation can take the hit then I like the return. Pedroia and Agon will help you a lot and BourN improves your speed. I wonder if he would give you qn arm bac if you gave him haren instead (who has slowed down but keeperwise is good).
Unfortunately people in my league put high value on keeper level players. Which I can agree with, but it makes it very hard to trade bigger named players. There is no way he'll deal Agon for Cain straight up. I might be able to swing the tables my way with an offer of Rios and Cain however.

getting 1 keeper and giving up 2....hmmm? if your ok with the loss of pitching and you see AGonz putting up elite keeper numbers than make the move. IF it were me, i'd stay put
