I got offered his Beltran, Broxton and Torii Hunter for my Brian Wilson, Willingham and Josh Vitters. We play with a minor league system so thats why Vitters is on my roster. You guys think I should do the deal?

I would easily do that trade. I also imagine that this is a dynasty or keeper league. Beltran is a great outfielder and will help your outfield out more in the future than Willingham ever will. As for closers Broxton is better than Wilson. The fact that your getting a solid outfielder too in Hunter doesnt hurt. Vitters may be a good prospect but the talent your getting back is well worth it.
