I need to pickup a starting pitcher that qualifies for Reliever. This is a h2h points based league. My options are limited so I have to choose wisely. I only have 4 more add/drops left, with 3 weeks left in the regular season and hopefully 3 playoff weeks. So I have to be picky with my moves.
Players available: Justin Lehr, R. Rowland-Smith, Bud Norris, Kevin Hart.
I'm leaning towards Rowland-Smith or Lehr. I just don't know.

Norris is your man. He has more upside than Lehr. Lehr's low strikeout totals limit his fantasy value.
Please help me out:

I will suggest a guy that isn't on your list and was shelled tonight, but i love Justin Masterson. He's pitched well in spot starts as well as in relief for the BoSox and now throws for the Indians. He pitched horrible tonight, but I am an Astros fan and i am telling you that i trust Masterson over Norris
