What can I get for Papelbon?

A guy in my league really needs a closer. He's interested in Papelbon and I have some depth at closer so I'm trying to form a good deal with him.

He's currently trying to push Derrek Lee for Papelbon straight up. I'm thinking that I can get more from him then that. Should I take that deal or try to get something more? I need some help at 1B or OF. He wasn't willing to do Dunn straight up.

+1 agreed... and push the fact that he has Dunn and Lee available at 1b so Votto would be more expendable...
