Time to use #2 waiver

In my 12-team H2H 5x5 league B.J. Upton and Alexis Ramirez were both dropped. Should I use my #2 waiver and who should I pick up?

You defiantly use that waiver on Upton...but you need a second baseman too. If I were you I would claim Upton, drop Montero, and add a second baseman until Kinsler comes back.

Put in two claims #1 claim for Upton and #2 claim for Alexei.

I agree completely. Montero's been great for a catcher, but if you have a chance to upgrade and help a weak spot on your roster, do it...
