Trade Advice Requested

Looking for some advice on what you guys think is the best deal. Its a 12 Team Keeper ( you get players for 3 years after the auction ) with a $260 budget. I have a realistic shot at 1st place if I can complete a deal for Matt Holliday which looks likely. I'm deciding between offering the following two packages... Chase Headley $1 2009 and Buster Posey $10 Not Yet Activated which means that he could have him for 3 years starting next year or Colby Rasmus $4 2009. Without getting too technical on things, we have rules on trades etc. so these two offers are the best ones the guy has received so far.

So, which deal would you offer first? I'm almost leaning towards Rasmus because I think that Posey will be a stud. Any and all advice would be appreciated.
