Best Cheap Speed Option: Bourn, Fowler, Morgan?

For this season only, which player do you think is the best option down the stretch if I'm looking for speed, etc:

Michael Bourn
Dexter Fowler
Nyger Morgan

Morgan. Bourn's been great, but the injury is a concern.

I would rank them bourn, morgan and then fowler a very distant 3rd. bourn's injury concerns me enough to take morgan over him right now. the thing is morgan is so hot he will probably be expensive. this is probably a good time to buy low if bourn's owner is panicking.

Morgan is top-10 on ESPN's PlayerRater for outfielders. Admittedly, that thing is flawed beyond belief since no one in their right mind would call Morgan a Top 10 OF, but I still think it's good evidence of how well the guy has been playing. Morgan is your best option here, hands down.
