This is the only disturbing part of the entire thing - maybe collusion is involved and they are trying to make the deal look "closer" so it goes through

EXACTLY! Does this trade help or hurt the team that is 52 games out, 45 out of the 4th playoff spot?? Team A is giving up more overall even though they are getting the better player. Being they are out of it, they should be focusing on next year. Wright and Grienke for next year is better than Longoria by himself
