I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that it wasn't Cleveland, Pittsburgh, or San Diego.

I've only heard the White Sox, which is what rotoworld is reporting. They'd get first crack at him before the Mets and Giants.

Why would they get first crack before the Mets?

The waiver priority list goes according to reverse standings -- so the worst team goes first, the best team last -- in the same league, then according to reverse standings in the other league. So if it's an AL player, every AL team gets a chance to make a waiver claim before the worst NL team does.

So, should he be started this week with a potential trade?

So JP just gave him to the Whitesox for nothing. Epic fail?
