Tex/Ichiro for Santana/Blake/Branyan WHIR 100%

I need pitching very badly. I was offered Johan Santana, Casey Blake and Branyan for my Tex/Ichiro. Is this a good deal for me? I need homers and rbi's as well so Blake/Branyan should help. I have three questions:

1.) Is this a solid trade for me?
2.) Should I ask for Juan Rivera instead of Branyan?
3.) Should I instead trade Prince Fielder and Ichiro for Chris Carpenter and Ibanez?

Tex plays in a hitter park, But Santana has be st6ruggling this season, and the Mets offense has completely disappeared

carpenter has been good, but injured prone, and Ibanez has been stellar and both are on good teams, so I might do the Fielder trade option.

No way do you do this deal. The Branyan and Blake ships have sailed, Tex will hit better than those tow combined from here on out and those other two will kill your AVG. I may consider doing Ichiro or Tex straight up for Johan, but not both. That trade could hurt you more than it helps.

I am not wild about Blake or Branyon ... their ships indeed have sailed as someone above noted.

I like Tex more than Prince for some reason. I think you ship Ichiro for an arm, because Ichiro has proven he does not steal many bags in September (as the M's are not so much in it right now), which is presumably when you would really need him to do so.

Why not see if Ichiro can fetch you Vazquez and a small outfielder in return?

Hey guys, ideally I would love to trade Ichiro for a SP unfortunatelly the owner of Vazquez/Carpenter and also the guy who has Johan won't do a 1-1 deal. It's a bad situation and I think I am goin to be forced to overpay.

definitely don't do this trade. you should be able to get a legit pitcher in a 1 for 1 deal. teix alone should be able to get you one of the top 3 pitchers.
