Smoltz (he is done)

Lackey is far and away the best of the bunch, but Garza is a nice pitcher as well. Weaver is good but he gives up a bunch of runs, Smoltz can be taken off your list because imo he should just retire.

You pretty much know what your going to get from Lackey when he is fully healthy.
