Garza - Hes got the skill to be above all these guys just having a rough year IMO Lackey - Fully healthy now, and will definitely be in 2010 on a great team Weaver - Huge upside just don't think he has the talent level yet of Garza or Lackey Buerhle - Usual low K's, higher ERA and WHIP Saunders - Just not convinced on him, good Win totals, but low Ks and i think the ERA and WHIP will climb Smoltz - Will be lucky to be in a rotation anywhere...

He'll be lucky to be in a rotation anywhere after tonight. I don't like Saunders either, I agree with Bazzy's assessment.
Saw the edit. It's funny I told everyone Romero was going to be a stud and they laughed based on his minor league record. People don't understand just how bad the Jays AA and AAA teams are. When you have no offense and an even worse defense it's going to make you pitching stats look much uglier than they deserve to be. In a long term league Romero goes to the top of the list. Cecil isn't as good and finds himself somewhere alongside Weaver. Cecil should actually be closing for the Jays right now, Downs wasn't cutting it even before he re-injured his toe and he doesn't deserve to reclaim the role when he comes back. I have always questioned Cecil's endurance and ability to eat innings.
Lackey/Weaver. I think Lackey will post a strong season if he remains fully healthy, and Weaver seemed to put it all together during the first half before going on a rough patch. I think he improves upon that next year and rises to elite status of starting pitchers.
