I think he'll end up a low end 2 top 3 RL pitcher but I'd say his ceiling is being a top 10 starter at 1 point. Overall I think he will be better in fantasy since he'll have a good k-rate but looking at the stros' farm system, he is one of the very few bright spots so unless they start trading off guys I don't know if he'll win many games. Now he hasn't proved any of this, I'm just going off what I think his potential is. He has been pretty inconsistent since becoming a starter. In a keeper/dynasty league, I'd scoop him up asap if he isn't already gone.
