No. The Cafe is paid by views, not clicks.
Correct. If the ads are blocked (as in not showing up), the site doesn't get paid, and if the site doesn't get paid, the site closes (goes bankrupt). That goes for all free internet sites. Makes sense and is quite easy to understand, so people still using Adblockers makes no sense at all. Especially when the site(s) go well out of their way to ensure there's nothing wrong with the ads (like the Cafes and many other sites do).
And as to the silly little whine-fest over the particular ad mentioned (seriously? ), I've seen that exact same ad on over a dozen websites. I think there's even a thread around here about seeing that ad on other websites (I'll see if I can find it). So turning the personal sensitivity meter down on what bugs you would be the way to go, as those ads are super common on the internet.
Yeah, not so much my personal sensitivity as much my boss catching a glance of some hooters on my screen.

If your boss has problems with seeing 1/5th of a naked breast, he/she has some serious mental health problems.
Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....

I was going to throw a texas joke out there but then I remembered that texas women have the biggest boobs I've ever seen. So more like Kansas. Maybe he's from Kansas

I started that one lolz. She's on every bloody baseball website I go to.
So if you click on ads here does the cafe get extra cash?
Yes you did and that helped me find the thread.
Linky - saw the ad at lordsofpain (wrestling news site) today as well.
Clicks certainly don't hurt, but they aren't necessary.
