Same, I needed speed in my 20 team $ leagues where I'm bouncing between 2nd & 3rd, with my pitching sitting in a good spot and expecting Carpenter to get injured at some point, I move him for Upton while he was heating up, as soon as I put him the lineup, he crashed.

Hitting lower in the order hasn't hurt Kemp.
Kemp is world's more refined and better than B.J. He's hitting low in the order because Torre is a retard, not because of his skills. Maddon bumping B.J. does have something to do with his slumping.

The main reason for Upton's slump right now is he has gone away from using his legs in his swing. He has gone through 3 or 4 of these prolonged slumps in his MLB career, and pretty much every time, it comes down to him swinging with his arms and not using his legs. Once he gets back to using his front foot in his swing, I imagine you will see this slump get over with pretty quickly.

Exactly. Just look at the playoffs last year. He had his timing and his step down, and exploded for power. Hopefully he can get it going. Tonight maybe?

Thats what im saying... i mean i understand its hard to change bad habits, but if you are talking about 3 or 4 of these slumps because of the same thing then when is it ever going to change and change for the good and then stay there? i understand BJ is still very young and has a ton of potential and a long career ahead of him, but i think this year is the LAST year i take a chance on him where hes ranked to simply have 1-2 good months out of him... him turning it on in the playoffs does jack for his fantasy owners, but there is always an excuse with every bad streak first it was his shoulder now its a problem that has reoccurred numerous times thoughtout his career.. trust me i understand a learning curve but yall damn hes a big leaguer and his stock every year at draft time is through the roof, i think next year is definitely a put up or shut up year for BJ in my books...
