Bedard and McLouth for Vazquez?

I was just offered Erik Bedard and Nate McLouth for Javier Vazquez.
This is a Head to Head 12 Team League (R, HR, AVG, RBI, SB, W, S, K, ERA, WHIP)
My pitching staff is very weak and has been somewhat disappointing this season.

I hate to give up one of my best pitchers, especially for someone coming off the DL although Bedard is having a great season. I am not crazy about McLouth this year, but the trade sounds like a fair deal.
