As mentioned, Padilla is a throw out....But still, I REALLY like deal two. Getting Felix for 2 years is the kicker.

Pettitte is nothing special in my eyes. he is good for wins and some k's. Yes, young is better than huff in average and runs, but the power numbers are not that different and neither guy steals many bases. That difference is not enough to overcome weaver over felix. felix is a staff ace, and a top AL Only keeper. Weaver is basically more inconsistent shields.

You need an ace to move up the pitching ladder, and felix is that guy. he has a sub 3 era, great whip and more wins than weaver. weaver had a mid 4 era last year and struggled in july.
