Bucholz has the highest ceiling, but is young and inconsistent. Latos isn't much of anything special himself, especially pitching with such a restrictive pitch-count, though, so it's really an upgrade for free. I'd try grabbing Feldman if you need the starter, otherwise I'd hold. No sense throwing in a bad SP to mess up your superb ratios from Linecum/Johan/Carpenter/CC/Wandy. That's a strong five, and more than enough to get you down the stretch, especially with Kershaw as a number six.

I'd go with Buchholz, he has such immense potential and should straighten things out soon here. Pitching for such a loaded offense doesn't hurt his run support, either.

Harang has been absolutely garbage this year. I would not start him at all. See if low-end options like Piniero or Doug Davis are available. They're not quite as sexy as sexy for fantasy value than Harang or Bucholz, but they're more consistent and are pitching great this year.
