Hello to all my transatlantic cousins. I need your help, your opinions, your suggestions. I am new to this fascinating game of fantasy baseball as I'm sure the results of my first live draft shall bear testament. I'm in a h2h league using the following scoring cats:

I drafted the following team in this keeper league at the following prices with the "restriction" of a very generous cap of 340 (although there are minors to come):

Those pitiful bench hitters were courtesy of the yahoo auto draft and I hope to replace them on the waiver wire asap.

But what about the rest? I know some are a bit old and that Walker is probably overpriced and I feel that depsite decent line ups in both pitching and batting, I have no real depth. I'm currently trying to deal Vidro and Stewart for Pujols @ $31 although I don't think the opposing GM will bite on this one.

Any suggestions? Where do I start?

Well, I'd say your team looks awfully similar to that of a certain Soviet leader... I suppose Mr. Andropov left off the prices to avoid seemingly endorsing capitalism?

At any rate, those salaries seem pretty reasonable. Washburn at 14, in particular, is excellent. I doubt that trade will go through, though...
