Manager Mike Scioscia said that Guerrero (leg) "ran great" on Sunday, MLBlogs reports.

Recommendation: Because he'll be limited to DH duties upon his return, a minor league rehab stint won't be necessary for Guerrero. The Angels are now targeting Friday against the Rangers as a potential return date. That's late enough in the week that you don't need to make a tough decision about whether to activate him in weekly leagues. Keep him reserved until next week.
