Carlos has had a great year other than the batting average. I am looking at possibly moving him for literally anyone since I can move adam dunn from utility into the first base slot for my team. I posted my team below. This is a 12 team roto league, I am currently in 4 place behind the leader by about 4-5 points.
C-Mike Napoli
1B-Carlos Pena
2B-Felipe Lopez
SS-Stephen Drew
3B-Miguel Cabrera
OF-Matt Holliday
OF-Carl Crawford
OF-Adam Dunn
Util-Carlos Lee
BN-Asdrubal Cabrera
BN-Torii Hunter
BN-Kurt Suzuki
BN-Denard Span
SP-Roy Halladay
SP-Feliz Hernandez
SP-Jordan Duscherser
SP-Jair Jurrjens
SP-AJ Burnett
SP-Liriano
RP-Andrew Bailey
RP-Trevor Hoffman
RP-Matt Lindstrom

I'm not sure why anyone would want Carlos Pena right now.

I think you get better (and more) answers if you gave a little more context. It's hard to say whom Pena could net in a deal without knowing stat categories, league configuration (is it a keeper), and perhaps most importantly, what your teams needs are. That said, given he right situation, I think the following valued players could be had (I'll try to give one for each position):
Mike Napoli
Orlando Hudson
Yunel Escobar
Ryan Zimmerman (though maybe not after the hot streak)
Johnny Damon
Jeff Weaver
Bobby Jenks
Anyway, hope this helps... I tried. I'd really appreciate it if you returned the favor:

Thanks for the help with mine. I ma also trying to move both Pena/Dunn together as I got Mark Reynolds in one of my Util spots and Albert Pujols at 1st, but having no luck, in a keeper league it might be easier to move him for a low grade player with no keeper value but I think in redraft leagues he could only garner waiver wire fodder.

Yeah I would move Dunn and Pena for an owner in your league who needs power you should be able to get a good return.
