I do need a speed upgrade, but can I afford to give up Holliday and Oswalt?

Give: Holliday/Oswalt
Get: Ellsbury/Werth

I would almost have to counter to get back a pitcher of some sort in this deal. Thoughts? League and roster below WHIR

value wise I like ellsbury and werth, but you don't need two outfielders and your SP needs help. counter with a SP coming back to your team.
