Move Cruz/Sizemore/Zobrist or Abreu for SP - WHIR

Leave Link. This is just a simple question of what SP can I get if I trade one of my OF's.

10 team, H2H, redraft league. 6x6 w/ OBP and IP as the extra categories.

I'm currently in 2nd place, but I've been swinging back and forth into first place the last few weeks. Anyway, I've recently had a few OF return to action (Quentin and Sizemore) giving me too many OF. So, I'm trying to move a guy or two and add some SP to my team (as SP is really the only position I can upgrade IMO). I dominate every pitching stat each week except for IP and Wins. Thus, I need more SP.

So, Below is my team, and below that is the roster of the team I'm trying to trade with.

I'm willing to trade Abreu, Zobrist, Sizemore, Cruz and Morgan, and I would really like Harden or Lackey in return. Would a trade in which I give up Abreu for Lackey or Zobrist for Harden be good? Should I ask for more? Ask for less?

I would do Sizemore for Lackey, if they don't bite then do Abreu.

Hey there thanks for the help with mine. Abreu for Lackey is a nice trade for you, I think Sizemore is a bit too much.

I would sooner let Abreu go than any of the others. I prefer Lackey to Harden. I am sure that in my league I could get better than Lackey for Abreu though....

Like you say, you have a surplus, so you can afford to give a bit, but I would still be looking for a higher caliber pitcher...

i think sizemore is too much. and abreu and zobrist are too little. i do think you could possible get either deal done with N.Cruz though.
