Thanks for the help all. Just a reminder that I stated that he's basically told me Lincecum is untouchable, so he's not an option here.

So, he doesn't want to give up Kershaw either. He countered me with Howard and Wieters for VMart and Danks. Am I giving up too much? I'm fine with throwing in Wieters because he'd likely be the one I'd have to drop anyways if I took a 2 for 1 trade.

Thing is I just don't know if I can really get a deal done for a catcher with anyone else. The guy with Mauer does have a hole at 3rd (currently has Barmes), so I might be able to swing a Mauer for ARod+Wieters trade, but then that makes me weaker at 2nd and 3rd and doesn't solve my logjam at 1B/OF. Only other thing I can think of is trying to snag Napoli from the guy who is kind of OF-depleted, but we've talked before and he doesn't seem interested in Quentin or Ethier.

I actually like E. Jackson of all of those SPs. He's a leader in ERA and has solid K potential. If he can get run support, he should be a top-15 SP to finish the year. I'd counter with Howard and Wieters for Martinez and Jackson. I will have to say though that you might want to aim a little lower. You can probably grab a guy like Doumit for much less and he may produce on the level of Martinez now that he is healthy. Iannetta is also heating up and a guy like Miguel Montero might be a solid option. One or all of those guys may even be available on your waiver wire. I just grabbed Montero in my 10 team NL Only league and Doumit in a 10 team mixed H2H. In a 10-team league, you should easily be able to find an upgrade over Wieters without giving up your best player. If you are going to deal Howard, I'd do it to upgrade your SS position. Drew is probably the worst starting SS in your league (even with the recent hot play) and it is an extremely top-heavy position. I think you could probably swing a deal for an upgrade at C and SS (and then some) for Howard, Drew and Wieters. Just my suggestion..
