I think Contreras's run is over, I'm not huge on Holland but I'd take a shot on him first. I'd look at a guy like Latos, Bud Norris or Cecil if their available though.

Contreras is a no go for me - he looks done. I don't see how anyone couldn't be awed by Holland's last start, but I have to see more before I am convinced.
Is Cecil available in your league? He's a guy that has flown under the radar but could give you an ERA of around 4 with some nice K and low BB.
