What do you think Weeks will be like in 2010? He was a disappointment up until this year, then was on pace for a 100/22/95/23/.291 season before his injury. I know he's pretty fragile and probably will never have that kind of line, but do you think; 85/20/80/20/.275 is a realistic projection for him in 2010? He is on waivers in my keeper league and would only cost me $3 next year (I also have B Phillips who will cost about $25). I am completely out of it this year...

Seriously though, if you are out of it and you have the $3 to spend then go for it but at this point I'm taking the "I'll believe it when I see it" approach with Rickie "The Jerk" Weeks...
No it's not. I thought about putting it in Waivers, Keepers..etc. forum, but it is more to do with predicting a players future performace, injury risk, talent level than whether or not I should pick him up off waivers or keep him.
I want the forums thoughts on what they think he'll be like - I will decide if I want to pick him up/keep him...

haha well you just kind of contradicted the whole thread then... you asking what the thoughts are on his future so that youc an tell if you should pick him up, thats a Add/Drop question as far as i know... and then go on to say that your thinking about keeping him cuz hes only costing you $3 and go on to list your other 2B dollar value, thats explaining the situation by going around your elbow to get to your a$$ hole... haha good try tho...
IMO tho about Icky Rickie, hes worth a little for his hot streaks and thats bout it... sad part is the kid can't stay healthy enough to have enough hot streaks to make him worth a damn... as stated before ive had him 2 years thinking that the hype was worth the reward only to be bit in the butt by this 'jerk' so enough is enough for me hes too fragile and to irratic for me...
Wait, in the second half of your post (the only worthwhile part) you forgot to say if I should pick him up or keep him. Oh yeah, I wasn't asking about that anyway.
Appreciate those who actually gave feedback. I tend to agree that he will never be able to put a full season together. He is such a waste of talent (= jerk)...
