Could somebody explain to me why so many teams seemed to be in on Wilson? The Tigers were rumored to have wanted him for almost two years but couldn't pull off a deal......and I couldn't be happier.

Could this trade mean that Sanchez is also on the move?

No clue. I guess cause he's a decent player who plays really good defense?

IMO Snell has post-hype sleeper written all over him.....could be a good deal for Seattle now that he is involved.

Not necessarily. Garrett Jones could play left field and Clement could get time at first. I'm sort of surprised to see that they gave up on Ian Snell so quickly, only being 2 year removed of a very successful campaign and lighting it up at AAA. I wouldn't be surprised if he turned into a very successful starter with a bit of change in scenery.

Maybe but it isn't like the Mariners have a great track record with prospects either.

Understood but the guy has succeeded before......just a hunch but he seems like a change of scenery type of guy that could turn it around on the right time.
