what is the story with Kyle Drabek? he has been mentoined in all the philly trade talks for Halladay. I am in a keeper league and since Drabek isn't on a yahoo FA list i can claim him by dropping any player and keeping the roster spot open. What kind of a pitcher is he, and do you think he will come up to the major this year, traded or not?

He just came up to AA this year, so I don't expect to see him this season, but you never know. He's pitching OK there not great so I think he'll start next year at AA and maybe move to AAA if he merits it. Still maybe two years away, though mid season next year is not out of the question depending on how things play out.

Drabek in AA 7-1 with a 3.06 ERA this year. Pretty solid. Touching 96 mph on the fastball. After the Cliff Lee trade, he wont be traded. He might be up with the Phillies last year and they basically consider him untouchable in trades. I think he has very high upside.
