Ok I was offered Roy Oswalt and Jair Jurrjens for my Matt Cain. Is that worth it? I would be dropping John Smoltz to make the space.

I make that deal. Oswalt may well outperform Cain for the rest of the year AND you would get a pretty damn good throw in.
