basically its either:

Halladay straight up for Longoria and Sizemore

or

Teixeira, Huff, Abreu, Jurrjens for Longo and Grady

or should I ask for something different for Halladay? i NEED a big bat to add to my lineup and i have in my eyes 4-5 very good and 2-3 stud arms... need help figuring out what to deal Halladay for...

both teams are solid, but I prefer Team B. That offense is sick and you still have CC and timmy as anchors. Plus, getting longoria and sizemore for halladay is a major steal value wise. btw, i'd probably consider cutting ervin depending on your WW possibilities.

if the longoria/grady owner comes to their senses and won't do that deal, take the other deal.
