My offense is great, but I need pitching. I am in talks with someone now. He wants Carlos Lee and Brian Roberts from me. This is the trade he proposed.

Carlos Lee and Brian Roberts for James Shields, AJ Burnett, and Mariano Rivera...

Would you do that trade, if not what would you counter with. Felix Hernandez is UNTOUCHABLE. I have tried to switch Alexei and Roberts but not working to well. I think I may counter with this.

The offer he gave you seems the best as Rivera is a stud closer, but the offer you have seems a little better value wise for your team, so I would offer up your proposal first, then if he rejects counter with the offer he gave

I think the offer he gave you is fine I think and I'd rather have Shields, Burnett, and Rivera in return than Shields, Burnett, and Oswalt. You have a lot of hitters on your bench, which leaves you playing the guessing game every night. Personally, I'd rather have Alexei than Roberts right now - he's been helping my squad out a lot for the past month...
