Trade advice - WHIR

Hey guys - same 12 team H2H league with standard 5x5 cats as in my other post. I'm mulling over two possible trade offers and would love some feedback. Both trades involve me giving up Kinsler and getting a downgrade (but not a bad player) at 2B and giving up Victor Martinez (I would replace with Doumit, who seems to be back) to get another stud that I can slot in to cover up my weakness at 1B with Berkman on the DL.

Trade 1: I give Kinsler and V. Martinez and I get Brandon Phillips and Arod.
With this trade, I'd put Miguel Cabrera at 1B and Arod at 3b and have an infield of Doumit, Cabrera, Phillips, Alexei, and Arod.

Trade 2: I give Kinsler and V. Martinez and I get Mourneau and Cano.
With this trade, I wind up with an infield of Doumit, Mourneau, Cano, Alexei, and Cabrera.

Obviously, these trades only make sense if I believe that Doumit continues to produce at decent levels and that Martinez is returning to his much less productive form (and so I'm selling high on his name and early season performance).

I like the AROD/Phillips one better as it gives you more power and speed, regardless you will be playing Doutmit who has been only so-so, if you have a bench spot to waste I might also pick up a scorching Miguel Montereo until Doutmit hits better.
