Trade CC for Wandy and Dunn?

my outfield is: morales, adam jones, and sizemore,.....Dh helton/berkamn(dl)

pitching is: haren, CC, vasquez, burnett, liriano, volquez(DL),

Should I consider this deal??

I wouldn't. Wandy's been nice this year, but CC is a second half beast and I *hate* giving up the best player in a deal.

I don't see Dunn giving you much more than what you have now thru the end of the season (yes I'm expecting Grady to improve), keep what ya got.

I'd hang onto what you have. CC does much better in the second half. Your 3 OF's are fine so there's really no need for Dunn.

What about CC for Holdiay and wandy?

You're on the right track to be dealing CC, but would hold out for a bit more because his name value is still fairly strong. Holliday/Wandy is a deal I'd do though.
