Who's dropping Kevin Slowey?

Broken bone chip in his wrist doesn't sound good! I'm seeing lots of people dropping. Bums me out because he was so solid. What's the word out in your league??? Thanks!

"Shut down indefinitely", this late in the season, means I might get a useable pitcher back for a few starts at the end of the season. Except, maybe, in the deepest of the deep leagues, I can use that roster spot a lot better. Slowey's been lousy, anyway.

Well, if you don't have anything better to do with that DL spot there's nothing lost in holding onto him (which is why I haven't dropped him). Though despite the good win total, he's been consistently mediocre this year. I thought about dropping him in a shallower league (10 team) before the DL stint, based soley on performance.

He's scheduled to meet with doctors this weekend to have a decision by early next week. I'll wait 2 days and find out what they say first.

I've been holding Slowey, but with the information regarding the bone chip & the need for that DL spot, I dropped him last night. I didn't see him returning to form in time to help with this season...

Drop him. Slowey is down for this year. He will be having surgery.
