Obviously, it depends on what pitching categories you need the most and what the rest of your staff looks like but I'd go with:

Shields
De La Rosa
Blanton
Loshe
Liriano
Penny

[woowoo crew]

shields at top for me

liriano and penny at bottom

the other guys, i'd rank similarly in the middle. i really like de la rosa's potential, so i'd put him toward the top.
