This is my take, too. This has to be the single worst time in his career to sell Kazmir.
I guess it could get even worse if his injuries continue to mount, so moving him now could be a hedge. But all he needs to do is go on a hot streak over a few weeks, and his value will jump right back up. Of course, maybe Cleveland doesn't care either way and is willing to give "normal" value for Kazmir. In that case, there's no reason not to move him.
