Obviously, the keeper aspect makes a big difference. I've never played in a keeper league, but I'd say that it would depend on how many years you think you'd keep these guys. I could see these guys on a bubble in a league with three keepers, but sure keepers if you keep several.
Depending on the severity of Beltran's current injury, you can probably count on at least a couple of more good years from him. On the other hand, Markakis is six years younger and could give you several more years.
One for one, right now, I might lean towards Markakis.
