I'd go with Lowe mainly based on the fact Dempster would give you 3 cubs pitchers, and in a head to head league you could potentially limit your starts per week. I also don't think Dempster is as legitimate as his 08 season portends. Lowe has always been a quality pitcher and you pretty much know exactly what to expect.

Can I get your thoughts on this one?

I personally like Vlad but would go with Lowe in your case, and maybe drop Capps for Wood, stats are similar other than K/9 ip that woods has a edge over
