My keepers in a 20 team 5 keeper league are Josh Beckett, Matt Kemp, Brandon Phillips, Pablo Sandoval, Nate McLouth

What are your thoughts on these keepers as players?

Seems fine. Remember that Sandoval may lose catcher eligibility in a lot of leagues next year, though.

looks good, but i'd have to see the rest of your team. kemp and beckett are no-brainers.

That would be a decent set of keepers as of right now. Just remember to not get locked in with those 5 as there is still plenty of baseball to be played this season.
