DeLa Rosa or Blackburn? WHIR

I currently have Blackburn on my 14 team league team but after Monday Nights performance I am starting to think that luck has finally caught up to him. De La Rosa has been lights out lately. Should I pick him up or hold on to Blackburn for a little while longer? De La Rosa has been pitching a lot better in his last 8 games and is averaging a K an inning.

simple as this, if you need K's De La Rosa, if you need ERA and WHIP, Blackburn. both go semi deep into games as both have over 100 innings.
