SP Drop/Add Help!

Is it acceptable at this point in the season to drop Lowe (8-7, 63, 4.40, 1.40) and/or Millwood (9-7, 82, 3.44, 1.29) to pick up J.A. Happ (7-0, 65, 2.68, 1.15) and/or Jason Marquis (12-6, 61, 3.49, 1.26)?

Should I ride it out with one of them, either of them or just make this switch?

Keep Lowe, he'll turn it around. I think Milwood has just gotten lucky, though. I might consider dropping Milwood and taking a chance with Happ. He's solid, and should get great run support.
