Can't hurt to test the trading waters, but if you can't get at least a 2nd or 1st rounder for Lincecum I wouldn't do it. Don't settle for less than Miggy or ARod.
i would try to get longoria or cabrera for lincecum. if you can't get either of them, then sit tight with lincecum. there is no way i'd trade lincecum for figgins like the above poster said. i'd only go for longoria or cabrera.
I'd stick with what you have as I don't think Chipper is that bad an option at 3B. However, if you are going to deal Lince, you should be getting a top tier 3B. The likes of ARod, M.Cabrera, Wright, Longoria. I would NOT deal him for Figgins as another poster mentioned. The Lince, Chipper deal for Gallardo and ARod is not bad.
You are in a situation where you don't need to make a move. But, if you can get Wright or Cabrera (assuming he is eligible at 3B in your league) straight up its worth it.......especially if you think you can find a taker for Chipper in a later trade.
If you can get A-rod or Longoria straight up, it wouldn't be a bad trade, but I think you would definitely be better off staying with what you have. If I were you I would want to be sure that I could get a decent #2 starter in return for Shipper before trading Lincicum for one of these 2 guys.
