would u give kershaw for the struggling adrien gonzo and scott downs? i have an open spot to do the trade, but scott baker is still available to pick up as well....kerry wood is also available to pick up. We start 7sps per week with the option to start more if the extra starts fall on a sunday.

Value-wise, I think it's a good deal. But it just means you'll have to move one of your of or Miggy or ARod (if Miggy qualifies at 3b) to the bench. I don't see how that improves your team, so I probably wouldn't do this deal.

my problem is that you have nowhere to play gonzalez and the padres offense is awful. that said you have the pitching depth to lose kershaw and it is fine value wise. With everything factored in, I keep kershaw and add baker with your free spot. I'd look to go after utley or hanley with your depth in talent, honestly.

Agree with the above. You have pitching depth, but it might be better used elsewhere --- see if you can trade Kershaw for a player/position that you can better utilize.

I agree with the above two posts. Your lineup would essentially reflect Kershaw/Miggy or A-Rod for Adrian Gonzalez and Scott Downs, so I think it hurts your team. Your team looks very solid so unless the trade is really helping you with a particular category or several, I don't see a reason to do this deal.
